You can supplement your Path workouts but you cannot add to them.

You can stay on your selected Path and complete other workouts on your own time. These include Stretch Sessions, Flash Fit, Full, and Half workouts.
Your Path will stay the same and an added workout actually adds to your progress and achievements. Many fit52 enthusiasts add additional workouts when they have a chance.
From the Workout tab, you will find a plethora of workout choices to suit your wants and needs
