Of course! All you have to do is visit the Explore tab and choose a Path that works for your schedule and comfort. Here, you can check out all available Paths which are conveniently grouped by Number of workouts per week or Fitness Level. We want you to pick what is best for you. We know some weeks get busy so you may need to reduce the number of workouts you’ve committed to.
If you do not wish to leave your current Path, we also offer Full, Half, and Flash Fit workouts that can supplement your Path workouts.
