How do I swap exercises to personalize my workout?

Before you begin a workout, you have the option to personalize your workout and include  more of the exercises you want. You have the option to either Swap or Always Remove an exercise from your current workout. When you Swap, you are simply swapping out the chosen exercise for another. When you Always Remove, this exercise will not show up in subsequent workouts unless you remove it from your list of Excluded Exercises (located in Workout Settings). 

Depending on the length of your workout, there is a limit to the number of exercises you can swap / remove:

13 or 26 Cards - 4 exercises

52 Cards - 8 exercises

To Swap or Always Remove a Workout Exercise, on the workout start screen, press Personalize

Then press Reveal Workout

Select the exercise you wish to Swap / Always Remove

Select your preferred option

Image

 

Once satisfied with your changes, press Done then Start to begin your workout!
