fit52 Overview
To start, you only need yourself and fit52 but it’s always good to have a yoga mat to make those floor-based and jumping exercises a little more comfortable.

Prior to your first workout, you will be prompted to choose the equipment you have on hand. fit52 currently has exercises that include Dumbbells, Kettlebell, Benches, Step Bench, Resistance Bands, Stability Balls, Minibands and Gliders. soon! If you gain access to new equipment later on in your fit52 journey, you can adjust your Equipment Settings in your Profile
If you need a little more pep in your workout, include equipment into your workout routine!
