You can stay on your selected Path and add an Individual Half or Full Workout when you have time. Your Path will stay the same and an added workout actually adds to your progress and achievements. Many fit52 Users add additional workouts when they have a chance. 

From the home screen, under Individual Workouts, just select 'Half Workout' or 'Full Workout' to do an additional workout. You can also try a different level if you wish.
