The workout groupings are based on Core (clubs), Upper Body (diamonds), Lower body (hearts) and Cardio (spades) exercises which are the building blocks of working out for all body types. We now have Flash Fit workouts - workouts that allow you to take control of the grouping you would like to work on. If you are looking to take it easy or do not have enough time for a Full workout, we also have the 13 Card Draw workout that is only comprised of 13 cards. Not as long as a Full or Half workout, but still the same intensity.
