fit52 workouts are based on Carrie Underwood’s real-world workouts. In each workout, you’re dealt up to 52 cards, depending on your fitness level and time available. Each card in the deck demonstrates an exercise and number of reps, randomly revealed to provide a full-body workout. Each suit has a different exercise and each card gives you a different number of reps.

You can either do individual workouts, one at a time, or a series of workouts with other members on your Path.
