fit52 workouts are based on Carrie Underwood’s real-world workouts. With workouts that are in the range of 13, 25, or 52 cards, there's a workout appropriate for every fitness level and time constraint.
Each card in the deck contains a Suit and a Number. The Number represents the number of repetitions to complete and the Suit represents a different exercise group (Spades - Cardio, Hearts - Lower Body, Clubs - Core, Diamonds- Upper Body). The cards are shuffled so each workout is random and unique.
You can either do individual workouts or join a Path that has series of workouts to complete in a given week.
