Paths are meant to show you the progress of each week. They reset every Sunday morning for the following week. If you have 4 out of 5 workouts done on your Path for a week on Saturday night, you'll see 0 out of 5 done for the following week on Sunday morning. You can see each week's progress on your profile and gauge your improvement. If you find you're unable to finish a Path for a few weeks in a row, you may feel better choosing a shorter Path. If you finish a shorter Path earlier in the week, you can start the same one over or try another.
