There are three levels for your workout: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
Beginner workouts are the perfect place to start. They require no equipment, you can work out when- and wherever you want and still get a full-body workout. The exercises are scaled down to maximize the fun.
Intermediate workouts are designed to get you going with more difficult variations. Many of these exercises recommend the use of dumbbells or hand weights.
Advanced workouts are designed by Carrie's trainer, Eve Overland, ideal for those that are already working out regularly or have progressed from intermediate workouts.
